A workshop series facilitated by The Tap In Team. seeking partners like you.

This workshop is designed to support female leaders in growing their companies in holistic, sustainable and resilient directions.
Participants will leave this seminar equipped with practical strategies for catalyzing a culture shift within their organization, to build movements around their unique vision and to expand their talent communities.
Leaders will be empowered to use their own brand of leadership - a brand of compassion, emotional intelligence, creative courage and collaboration - to foster a culture that truly brings employee engagement to the forefront.
This is an inclusive seminar. While the title is directed at female leaders, we are open to all those who identify as a woman; including cis, trans, and gender-fluid persons.
The Pillars of Culture was eye opening for me. I brought it back to the team and we’ve already begun a discussion on our own pillars. It’s been a fantastic way to open the dialogue and see actionable steps take place.
Women inPower is a movement of women around the world working to advance our careers and pursue senior leadership positions in our respective industries and fields. We are committed to supporting and promoting ourselves and each other. We believe the world will be a better place when women are equally represented in leadership and decision-making positions. womeninpower.org
Women inPower is an initiative of 92Y.
We are committed to supporting companies founded, led and owned by women. We believe Women in Power have the strategic foresight, empathy and collaborative approach that will lead businesses to change the world.
The workshop encouraged me to reflect upon my personal role in building a more inclusive and creative culture at my company and I have already taken action on a few goals I set for myself at the end of the day. I realized I can play a more active role and do a better job at leading by example (less criticism of senior leadership, more action and self-accountability).
Participants will leave this seminar equipped with practical strategies to identify gaps between the current and targeted culture;
Strategies to facilitate greater cohesion, creativity, inclusion and transparency within their teams; and to build a unified culture for leaders, employees and customers alike.
